Combining wow factor ideas with solid behind-the-scenes leg-work, we create unique parties and dinners designed to ensure your guests leave with great memories. We’ve turned a lecture theatre into an intimate jazz club, hosted a gala dinner under the wings of Concorde - complete with LED-lit runway and starlight dance floor - and transformed a twelfth century barn into a pirate ship for a gypsies, pirates and thieves party.

Complete support

From first idea through to managing the event on the day, we take care of both creative and practical elements. You can rely on us to co-ordinate suppliers, invite guests and handle bookings, and sort out the logistics so all goes smoothly on the night. We can source speakers and entertainment, organise table plans, manage awards programmes, and even help with charity fund-raising.

During the event

Our event managers arrive on site in good time to manage the set up process. They welcome guests on arrival, and look after speakers, VIPs and entertainers. It's our job to make your exhibition a success for both you and your exhibitors. Get it right, and two rather good things happen. First, you generate income for your organisation. Second, your exhibitors see a return on their investment that makes booking again next year a no-brainer. Contributing proactive ideas and solid organisational skills, we help you make the most of the opportunities available.

Complete support

Services include marketing the exhibition to your target audience, creating exhibition plans that make the best use of the space, calculating costs and pricing to maximise your revenue, and negotiating with exhibitors. We handle all the admin around stand bookings, provide exhibitors with information packs, and act as their contact point throughout. We can bring in trusted exhibition designers and builders to provide both shell schemes and custom build options. And if the exhibition is attached to a conference, we'll find ways to integrate it so exhibitors have as much contact time with delegates as possible.

During the event

We take a central co-ordination role, liaising with any stand builders, and making sure exhibitors have everything they need. Where the exhibition is being held alongside a wider event, we make sure exhibitors aren't isolated but feel part of what's going on. With everything in the capable hands of our events team, you can focus on building relationships with exhibiting organisations rather than worrying about Wi Fi or waste bins.

Time to get your team together? We can help. There’s a huge range of options for team building activities. Drive a tank, paint a Scout hut, play the drums, create an ice sculpture, trek through a gorge, tackle a high ropes challenge…almost anything’s possible. Simply tell us about your group and what you’re looking to achieve, and we’ll come up with the ideas. Some activities can even come to you – ideal if you’re looking to combine the team build with a larger event.

Once you’ve decided what you want to do, we build a package to include travel, accommodation and any other elements. We can also provide a host on the day, if you need it.
