Gala & Award Dinners

Combining breath-taking visual and interactive ideas with solid behind-the-scenes leg-work, we create unique Gala Dinners and Awards Ceremonies designed to ensure that your guests leave dazzled with unforgettable memories. We can transform spaces, bring out the best in venues and create a warmth of atmosphere even when the theme is a Winter Wonderland!  From a gala dinner in the Moroccan desert to a sports hall transformed into an intimate jazz club. From Cathedrals to Castles. Medieval banquets to magical marquees, our team is bursting with ideas to bring your Awards Ceremony or Gala Dinner to life.

Complete support

From first idea through to managing the event on the day, we take care of both creative and practical elements. You can rely on us to co-ordinate suppliers, design creative invite methods, handle bookings suggest theming and sort out the logistics so all goes smoothly on the night. We can source quality speakers and unusual entertainment, organise table plans, manage awards programmes (including the judging processes), and even help with charity fund-raising.

During the event

Our event managers arrive on site and in good time to manage the set up process (we are first on site and last to leave!) They welcome guests on arrival, and look after speakers, VIPs and entertainers. They keep a close eye on the clock, liaising with venue staff and others to make sure the timetable goes to plan. You can sit down and relax, confident that everything’s under control and that you too will get to enjoy your own event.

Although we are a Manchester Gala Dinner and Party Planner, we work with clients throughout Liverpool, Leeds, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Wales, the North West and all over the UK.

“Thanks for all your hard work both in the run up and on the night of the ball. The room looked amazing, the night went like a dream, the feedback has been fantastic and best of all for me – I actually got to enjoy it!”
